Australian Outback TourThe many Australian Outback Tour that I had the privilege of doing allowed me to visit every state and territory within Australia. The outback tour state that I was able to do were in the Northern Territory that I visited Kakadu National Park where the most memorable was seeing the outback tour savannah and a real Australian outback cruise that I did see crocodiles, birds, and the life on the river bank.

At Katherine National Park I did a kayak down the river and was my favourite Australian Outback tour. I did see a snake being lazy in a tree while being warmed by the sun, within 20 feet of a kangaroo's, the many native birds of the Australian Outback tour and a wondeful way just to sit back and relax. At night I slept outside on a hammock, while what seemed a carpet of stars up in the sky watched over me. I always forget just how many stars and in the sky and Milky Way. Without any artificial lights it is not all that dark at night. This is one tour that is still etched in my mind.

Litchfield National Park was a wonder of Termite Mounds. The true Magnetic termite mounds and then turn around the ones that stood over 6 feet tall. What a site to see and the only way is to have an organised Australian Outback Tour. I have also been to Ayers Rock on my Australian Outback Tour and it is much more than a rock. Just off to the side are the Olga's or Kata Tjuta, which is older than Ayers Rock, and is huge mounds that you can walk in between. I was born and lived in New Zealand for 25 years, lived in Australia for 13 and now living in Los Angeles USA. Costa Rica Nature and Jungle Tour

When I visited Costa Rica it was such a pleasure to see the natural green of the rainforest that is spread throughout the countryside. Visiting the nature and jungle of Costa Rica was an amazing experience, no matter which rainforest I visited. The trees, jungle plants, birds and the animals that lived in the Costa Rica Rainforest that was encumpered with the fresh air, made my vacation so enjoyable. You just never knew what you were going to see around the next corner, monkeys and toucans on a perch in trees, or a large tree making its own canopy over and above the Costa Rica rainforest. The jungle ants busy on their own "highway" carrying leaves to their home was a sight to behold. Nothing stopped them and always an ant on guard to protect them from any predator.

On one Costa Rica Nature and Jungle tour there was a group of monkeys that came within 10 feet of us. They were just a curious with us than we were of them. To see the intricity of the group was quite special and something that I will remember for such a long time to come. Chapel Street, South Yarra is great for people watching, shopping for small design wares, and restaurants; it is only a 15 minute drive from the center of Melbourne City. Melbourne’s two inner city markets of Queen Victoria and South Melbourne Market; the later is my favorite. Here you can have a leisurely stroll and some really nice food. The dim sims that are either steamed or fried is delicious, and so are the jam filled donuts. So much for the diet! But hey you are on vacation and can walk it off. To the north of Melbourne CBD is Lygon Street, Carlton is known for truly Greek and Italian food.
